Wizards of the Coast Online Retailer Policy
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we may only ship sealed Magic: the Gathering products within the United States. (*printed in the last 2 years)
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we cannot sell current sealed Magic: the Gathering products business to business.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Wild-Things.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds are issued after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, expiration date and CVC code. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through our protected mailing list and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us.
How does Wild-Things protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
Will Wild-Things disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Wild-Things does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Wild-Things . Wild-Things may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
Wild-Things may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Wild-Things , our users, or others.
Wild-Things is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Wild-Things.com as simple as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Wild-Things also provides links to affiliated sites. The privacy policies of these linked sites are the responsibility of the linked site and Wild-Things has no control or influence over their policies. Please check the policies of each site you visit for specific information. Wild-Things cannot be held liable for damage or misdoings of other sites linked or otherwise.
The Fine Print
We reserve the right to reduce quantity or remove items completely from any order with obvious pricing errors, glitches on the website, overselling of items, or any other reason we see fit. We will contact by email, and send a refund if we need to cancel/reduce for these reasons. In some cases we will continue to attempt to fill the order for another business week through in store buying of collections, but after that time we will cancel all or part of the pending order and refund in full. We will contact if we can provide this additional service for an order missing quantity.
Additionally, for some orders we may retain the order for up to 1 week after it is placed in order to attempt to complete it as ordered. If we are able to do this for an order with missing quantity we will notify the buyer within 48 hrs of the order being placed.
We may ask for alternate shipping methods and further information if an order is to a country we have had shipping issues with in the past, or if the order appears fraudulent.
